The Newport School Holiday Program

We’ve got all the activities ready to go for you and the kids these school holidays, September 29 to October 14. Packed full of entertainment - from kids cooking classes, to reptile fun and all the way over to The Incredibles & Shrek 2 movie showings by the sea. So come on in, grab a bite to eat and we’ll take care of the rest.

1-3pm Face painting

5-7pm  Seaside Cinema
*1 October, The Incredibles, screening at 6:30pm 
*8 October, Shrek 2, screening at 5pm

From 5pm, Kids Eat Free

9.30-11am Mothers Group with Northern Beaches Mums
* From 9.45am – 10.45am Learn to the Beat educational music and activity class

From 5pm, Two for One Tuesdays

Getting Here

The Newport has complimentary parking available for its guests. Limited street parking is also available in the surrounding areas, but please be mindful not to block resident's driveways.

Please be advised of recent changes to The Newport’s carpark and the ENTRY / EXIT points. There have also been changes to the directional flow within the carpark once you have arrived.

Cars will now enter the carpark via the Queens Pde driveway – to the right-hand side via the downward ramp.
Guests will no longer enter via the Kalinya & Beaconsfield Street driveway - this driveway will now become an exit only.
The only exception to this will be for larger delivery vehicles delivering prior to 10am.

Cars will now exit via the main driveway past the loading dock and out onto the corner of Kalinya and Beaconsfield (ie the current entry point) – nearest to The Newport sign.
Cars will no longer exit via Queens Pde driveway.

Directional Flow:
The directional changes within the carpark and underground area will see the arrow directional flow switch to direct cars East-bound and direct traffic to turn right via new arrows to keep the traffic flowing
By Car
From Sydney CBD or Eastern Suburbs - Head via Military Road or over the Roseville Bridge. The Newport is about 1 hour north of the CBD by car.

Kombi: Catch the ultimate Summer ride. Book the Newport Kombi, our classic Kombi van which will pick you up or drop you off anywhere between palm beach & Dee Why. Every Friday from 6pm and Saturday, Sunday from 11:30am till late. Just call our driver during the time mentioned on 0428 580 984

Big Bus: Unfortunately our big bus is in the shop for some much-needed maintenance, so our regularly programmed timetable is on hold until further notice.We’ll have our Kombi running as normal Friday through to Sunday. Just call 0428 580 984 to schedule a pick up.We apologise for any inconvenience.

From Sydney CBD - The BLINE is the most direct bus, it drops you directly out the front of The Newport. There is a bus stop located directly out the front of The Newport. Plan your trip here (link to ) by entering the 'To' destination as Kalinya Street, Newport.
From Manly - The 155 bus from Manly to Warringah Mall is your best option. From Warringah Mall you can get an L90 or L88 bus directly to The Newport.

The Newport offers bike parking onsite, so you can ride up and park your bike while you have a great meal overlooking Pittwater.

Unfortunately The Newport does not offer a private birthing services however there is a public wharf for drop off and pick up on the end of Queens Parade. If you wish to enquire about casual birthing up to 70ft or casual Moorings please contact Dave Rowell from Rowell Marina on 0414 479 700.
