To help celebrate the the annual community-run Narooma Oyster Festival, Bert’s Bar & Brasserie, Fred’s and Felix are offering one bottle of “R” de Ruinart and six oysters for just $120 for the month of May.
Bert’s head chef Sam Kane, and senior head sommelier Adrian Filiuta MS, are heading to the festival from Sydney to talk to producers and about Merivale’s use of local produce in our restaurants. Here they will tour the local oyster farms and learn more about how they are farmed and what makes the oysters in this region special.
