For the months of August and September, Ben Greeno and Danielle Alvarez will be curating a series of regional French dinners at Hotel Centennial front bar. Inspired by their love of local produce, these chefs have designed a short menu of provincial dishes, with matching wines paired by head sommelier Paul Huet.
Offering a modern take on regional cuisine from Bordeaux to Burgundy, Greeno and Alvarez lend their innovative skill set to the simple elegance of traditional French fare. Start with bacon and snail skewers cooked in the wood oven, and then work your way up to beef cheek braised in Bordeaux.
