Legendary est. chef Peter Doyle is retiring from the kitchen in June. To celebrate his extraordinary career, there will be a special menu of his iconic dishes from April 30.

The Peter Doyle’s Best. Years menu is your last chance to experience the dishes that have defined his impressive 40-plus year career and contributed to his reputation as the founding father of contemporary Australian cuisine. The menu, which will be served from April 30 to June 2, will feature his classic dishes, including stand-outs like his pan-fried John Dory fillet, grilled scallop, spinach, carrot juice with sauternes emulsion, or his raviolo of prawns, snow peas, young leeks, shellfish with lemongrass vinaigrette. The menu will also feature a wine list matched to the decades of Doyle’s years in the restaurant game.
