Wander down the stairs to Charlie Parker’s via Fred’s restaurant and you’ll find yourself transported to Cuba in our intimate basement bar. We’ve got five Cuban-inspired cocktails on offer for $15, four bar snack specials prepared in Fred’s kitchen and designed by head chef, Danielle Alvarez at $8 each (did someone say Cuban sandwich?) and DJ’s spinning cuban beats into the evening.
Find a cosy table, settle in for a drink or two and finish off your weekend the right way.
