And for something truly special, the fresh seafood bar is a sight to behold- piled with prawns, oysters, lobsters and Moreton Bay bugs. The wine list, crafted by Franck Moreau, Merivale’s master sommelier, perfectly complements the menu mixing classic and new world drops.
