What is the Street Address?

155 Victoria Street, Potts Point.

 

Where can we park?

There is limited street parking available, however there are also various Secure Parking stations close to the venue. Find out how to get 10% off Secure Parking here.

 

Dress code?

Whatever you like! The beauty of Ms.G’s is its serious sense of fun and unpredictability.

 

Where is the cocktail bar located?

Ms. G’s cocktail bar is located on the top level above the restaurant.

 

Style of furniture within the venue?

High tables and bar stools, as well as one small lounge area.

 

Wheelchair access?

No.

 

Is there a smoking area within the venue?

No.

 

Are minors allowed?

Yes until 9pm. All minors must be accompanied by their own parent or legal guardian.

 

Do you have high chairs?

No.

 

BYO?

BYO is not permitted.

 

Public transport access?

BY TRAIN: The closest station is Kings Cross. Take the Victoria Street exit, and walk 200m in the opposite direction to the Coca Cola sign.

 

Will there be entertainment?

DJs play Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

 

Is there lockout?

No.

 

What is the style of music?

Hip-hop and old school RnB.

 

Can we start a Tab?

Yes.

 

Can we order food from the full menu?

Yes.

 

What time does the kitchen close?

The kitchen is closed between 3pm – 6pm on Fridays and a limited menu is available between these times on Saturdays.

 

I have guests with allergens, will they be accommodated?

Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish and gluten. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free.

 

Is there a TAB, pokies or bottle shop?

No.

 

Do you have pool tables?

No.

Group Bar Booking FAQ’s

Can I make a Group Booking? What is a Bar Booking?

Yes, a Group Bar booking is a casual reserved area within the bar. Seating is allocated as a mixture of sitting and standing and is best suited for casual drinks and nibbles style event. We don’t rope off areas exclusively, or allocate a seat for every guest.

 

Are deposits required to book? Is there a minimum spend?

Minimum spends apply to groups of 35-60 people.

 

How is my minimum spend used on the day?

Your minimum spend is non-refundable but is redeemable on food and beverages.

 

If I have a Group Booking, what do I do on arrival?

On arrival, please see one of our friendly bar staff, who will accompany you to your reserved area.

 

If I have a Group Booking, what happens if I arrive early?

If your reserved section is free you’re welcome to use the area earlier. Otherwise, our staff will find you a suitable alternative until the dedicated space becomes free at your booked time.

 

What if I am running late for my reservation?

It is important to let us know if you are running late, as your table may be booked for another reservation after your seating. Please call us to advise delay; otherwise we will hold the table for a period of 15 minutes.

 

If I have a Group Booking, what happens if I don’t use all of my deposit?

Required Deposits are non-refundable.

 

If I have a Group Booking, will all of my guests have a seat?

No. Seating is allocated as a mixture of sitting and standing.

 

How do I cancel a Group Bar reservation?

If you would like to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us on +61 2 9114 7342 or email groupbar.bookings@merivale.com.

 

Can we pre-order Food or beverages?

Yes, we encourage bookings to pre-order food and beverages in advance. Please speak with your bookings coordinator to discuss options. Please note that three days notice and full pre-payment is required.

 

Can I bring decorations?

Hanging decorations, balloons and streamers are not permitted.

 

Can we have speeches or AV?

Speeches are not permitted.

 

Can I bring a cake?

Yes, a cakeage fee will be charged if you would like the cake to be cut up and served by our chefs.
