Here for a good time, not a long time, Kingdom of Rice is coming.
Wheelin’ and dealin’ in Cambodian-style street food, join a rowdy crowd tucking into share-style plates and the coordinated chaos found in the markets of Phnom Penh.
A calamity of colour and mismatched furniture switch up the space where Dirty Italian Disco once lived. The Tennyson’s new pop-up comes from joining forces with Mitch Orr and Cam Fairbairn, the team behind innovative inner east eatery, ACME. Working alongside head chef, Lillia McCabe, and front-of-house, Sophia Thach, expect a frenzy of flavour and fun as seafood, meats and vegetables are grilled over charcoal or tossed through a wok.
The self-serve Tennyson bottle shop prevails – dealing up Cambodian and Asian beers, natural wines and Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails.
