Did we have you at bacon? Add to that several more mouth-watering components including deep-fried Nutella and you’ve got Ms. G’s cult favourite ‘Stoner’s Delight Part 3’ – a dessert so epic it’s got its own trilogy. Perhaps your palate prefers something a little more simple and classic? We’ve got that covered too. Over the last few weeks we’ve put in some seriously hard work (and maybe put on a bit of extra padding) tasting some signature desserts across our venues.

Below are some of our sweet, sweet favourites…

Bert’s Mandarin, Chamomile and Yoghurt Frozen Slice. The perfect ending to your long lunch overlooking Pittwater before jetting back home in your seaplane (we can dream can’t we?). This little slice of heaven is perfectly balanced, delicate, and most importantly, totally Insta-worthy.

Mr. Wong’s Deep-Fried Vanilla Ice Cream with Butterscotch Sauce. Remember the dessert Mum let you get if you finished your lemon chicken at the local Chinese takeaway? Well, this one’s the real deal – vanilla bean ice cream covered in panko crumbs and coconut, and butterscotch sauce that’s lick-the-plate-clean delicious.

Ms. G’s ‘Stoner’s Delight Part 3’ – Doughnut ice cream, peanut dulce de leche, peanut & pretzel brittle, crispy bacon, Mars Bar brownie, raspberry curd, potato chips and deep-fried Nutella. You don’t need to try this after a puff on the green stuff, it’s just as delicious when you’re stone-cold sober (or a little tipsy from Ms. G’s alcoholic slushees).

Totti’s Ice Cream Sandwich. One of the many retro-inspired dishes at Bondi’s new local Italian, this will take you back to the flavours of your childhood, but better. This is the perfect dessert to order in a group, because you don’t have to share!

Felix’s Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice Cream, Salted Caramel and Hot Chocolate Sauce. This is the kind of dessert that makes you exclaim ‘oui, oui, OUI!’. The French sure know how to do sexy, and this decadent, delicious threesome is no exception.
