We partner with Secure Parking, your guests are entitled to 10% off when parking is pre-booked using a code. Please liaise with your Event Manager for more details.

Can we provide our own Security guard?
No. A Merivale Security guard will be allocated to your event.
Does the venue provide crew meals? How much does a crew meal cost?
Does the venue provide children’s meals?
Does the venue provide high chairs?
Do I need to advise the venue about vegetarian & other special dietary requirements?
Does the venue provide containers for left over wedding cake?
How do we make payment for the event?
A Merivale tax invoice will be forwarded to you for each scheduled payment. Payments may be made via Credit Card, EFT or Bank Cheque.
Can my guests gain entry to other areas after the event?
Post event, we endeavour to accommodate your guests within our venue, however due to prior bookings or events, we cannot guarantee which venues will be available. If a person is deemed by Merivale staff to be approaching intoxication, the person or persons will be refused entry and asked to leave the premises. A cover charge of may apply in some areas.
