Talent Acquisition Specialist

Contract

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter (start ASAP) to provide and extra set of hands while some of the team are absorbed by a business wide project.

A typical day would see you managing end to end recruitment processes for head office type roles (sales, marketing, reservations, finance etc) as provide adhoc support in the hiring across our 70+ venues as the needs arise. For us, this means anything from writing job ads, screening applicants, direct sourcing, interviewing, and contributing to the broader project at relevant times.

We’re fairly open minded about the right person for this role. We see it as a good opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter looking for a transition to an internal function, or an established internal recruiter looking to build experience in an exciting business, at an exciting time.

Experience in hospitality is great, but far from essential. A good understanding of Sydney nightlife will be helpful, but the ability to jump from industry sectors throughout the course of the day is what we’re really looking for.

Flexible work arrangements are an option for the right applicant and the ability to start immediately would be a dream.
