THE JOB:

Being in the Sydney CBD, our corporate clientele are usually time sensitive – particularly for lunch – so these service periods are fast paced and very busy. If you come in on any weekday lunch you will see us in full flight and experience the buzz and energy that our chefs and regular guests love.

We are looking for a Sous Chef – someone who really has something to bring to the table on the management of people. It is a great crew, with a truly great leader – we need solid strength, ability, and management skills in the kitchen.You will need to be able to handle pressure, but most importantly a great attitude, meaning a “can do” approach and a keen interest in food and quality produce.
