We are on the lookout for experienced Sommelier’s to bring a high standard of service, guest engagement, wine procurement and wine cellar rotation. You will have the opportunity to develop wine lists, deliver wine service and train restaurant staff in the art of wine. All whilst working alongside the culinary team, pairing and suggesting wines to complement each experience.
As part of the leadership team, you will manage suppliers, wine tastings and training’s whilst having the amazing opportunity to be mentored by the Merivale group Master Sommelier Franck Moreau.
