Mr. Wong, tucked away down Bridge Lane in the heart of Sydney, does Cantonese-style food in a larger than life way. Seating 240 people over two levels and serving up a selection of up to 80 dishes, it’s a big affair. Yet somehow the restaurant still manages to feel intimate, with nooks for two, dim lighting and moody jazz.
As a Section Waiter, you will be owning up to 10 tables at any given time across a bustling floor. Your job is to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience, from the personalised service you provide to the incomparable product you serve. Working closely with the management, kitchen and sommelier teams, you will be trained on our extensive menus, and expected to understand and use your knowledge.
To be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for a section waiter with previous experience working in high-end fast paced restaurants.
