Restaurant Reservations Coordinator (Casual positions)
You’ll be part of our Reservations team at HQ which is one of the core departments that keeps Merivale up to date with many of our clients. The main focus of our reservation team is to deliver great service in everything we do for our people with great guest service. You will be part of a medium size team who have been one of our high performing teams at HQ.
You’ll be responsible for answering high volume phone reservations and Merivale inquiries, accessing the inbox emails, delegating tasks and building relationships with our restaurant managers to ensure their needs are consistently met. Additionally, you’ll be resolving customer service issues, sending daily reservations reports and assist in bookings for special events such as Valentine’s Day, Melbourne Cup, New Year’s eve etc

- Background in call centre, reservations or concierge will be a great advantage
- Outgoing and bubbly
- Have experience working in a fast pace environment
- Be a team player and support team goals
- Demonstrated ability to have attention to detail
- Solid communication skills to interact with clients and other departments
- Passion and energy in your work
