Restaurant Manager


Fine dining on a grand scale, est. is a true foodie institution that pays homage to quality, seasonal produce and classic flavours. With Head Chef Jacob Davey taking over the reins from the esteemed Peter Doyle as he retires from the kitchen, there are exciting plans in the pipeline for this elegant dining room.

We are searching for a passionate leader to join the team and really make this restaurant their own. In this role, you will be responsible for this 100 seat restaurant end to end including but not limited to – leading and mentoring both the front of house and kitchen teams, fully accountable for the financial result including COGS and wages, driving business growth, training and service standards, team culture and guest relationships.

You will have:

  • Extensive food and wine knowledge – working closely with the kitchen, front of house and sommelier teams to align the product and service.
  • Experience with a modern service style and exceptional product.
  • A proven people manager who can bring ideas and initiatives to the table, and take the team on a journey with them.
