Set on the stunning shores of Pittwater, The Newport is a vibrant gathering place for all ages. Nestled amongst idyllic gardens, and incorporating various outdoor dining spaces and bars, the sprawling grounds include areas perfect for whiling the day and night away.


We are looking for experienced Pastry Chefs to join our team. You will need experience in sweet and savory, terrine, gateaux, ice cream and plating desserts. You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ideally, you’ll have work experience within a similar position, minimum Chef De Partie level. You’ll have stock control and ordering experience, additionally you’re able to follow creative direction of the venue with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
