Uccello is an open love letter to Italy, echoing its flavours, fresh produce and genuine love of cooking. Set in poolside surroundings, Uccello is ivy’s hidden rooftop gem. Featuring an authentic Italian menu, each dish allows the ingredients to speak for themselves. Head chef Ben Sitton’s menu combines intricate flavours with influences from all over Italy. Uccello’s menu is complemented by a hefty wine list with about 450 wines to choose from.

We’re looking for a strong Pasta Chef De Partie, with experience making hand-made pasta from scratch. At Uccello, we make almost everything from scratch, this kitchen is a great opportunity to learn and develop.Learning about specialty items – like olive oils and cured meats, making bread & pasta from scratch. The menu is simple, elegant – not fussy or intricate – just good produce, respected and done well. The kitchen at Uccello is large and open so lots of room to prep and plate and the restaurant is closed Sundays – so permanent Sundays off is a total bonus!
