As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play an integral part in this world class kitchen as well as assisting on large scale group-wide projects, like pop up restaurants and Merivale events.Your day could be15 events running simultaneously, with various locations offering a variety of menus. This role will be challenging and autonomous with a focus on fresh and seasonal produce. No two days will ever be the same in this team!
