Our beloved Head Chef is leaving us to go travel the world and we’re looking for an industry pro to join the team. Ideally, you’ll have experience with Cantonese cuisine, but it’s not a deal breaker. However, we do require you to have a strong cooking background, working previously within some of the finest restaurants around the world.
We’re looking for an engaging, inspirational and motivating Head Chef. You’re able to work to an exacting standard in a fast-paced kitchen, work with fresh seasonal produce and have the ability to keep cool under pressure. You’re someone with an excellent level of food knowledge, creativity & imagination whilst also being able to lead and manage a team.
