Every detail of Felix has been considered – from the imported French chandeliers, to Parisian subway tiles and beautiful pewter bar. Our intoxicating ambiance is matched by attentive service and classic French fare, delivered with precision.

We’re looking for a Head Chef who wants to learn more about French cuisine and the Merivale way. You’re able to work to an exacting standard in a very fast-paced kitchen, work with fresh seasonal produce and have the ability to keep cool under pressure. You’re someone with an excellent level of food knowledge, creativity & imagination whilst also being able to lead and manage a team.

You’ll feel at home working alongside an accomplished group of world class head chefs. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity for future career growth and opportunities across the Merivale Group as we continue to expand within Sydney.
