We’re seeking a switched-on Chef de Partie to work with our team at Uccello. You need to be a strong chef, with proven skills and background, but the most important characteristics we look for in Chefs are: being reliable, keen, positive and also self-motivated. If you do have experience in Italian cuisine fantastic – if not, no problems – you’ll soon learn!

The restaurant is closed Sundays – so permanent Sundays off is a total bonus!
