THE JOB:

A Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running… the most important part for us is finding someone with the right amount of spunk – you need to be passionate, hungry – we’re talking career-wise, but appetite is always a good thing in the kitchen.

To apply for this you job you need to love Asian food and flavours – we can teach you the ins and outs, but you gotta love it to really enjoy it! Be reliable and have a stable background and proven experience in good food. Be fast and work clean – super important!

In this role you will have the ability to work alongside a world-class Executive Chef, you will grow, learn and develop.
