An exciting concept for the Sydney restaurant scene, Fred’s offers a high-quality seasonal menu that changes often. We are searching for an incredible Chef De Partie that lives for simple food that is created with the best quality ingredients, sourced regionally.
Working with a small brigade of approximately 7 chefs, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and develop your skills. Everything will be handmade in this kitchen, using an intricate technique. We are searching for someone who is an intuitive cook and is looking to develop.
