Our Ground Floor is the ideal location for family get-togethers, coffee dates or catching up with friends, . From freshly shucked oysters and sashimito wood-fired pizza and kids dishes, our menu is made for sharing. Our nostalgic games arena – complete with petanque, giant magnetic scrabble, ping pong and an in-house theatrette – ensures fun for all ages.

THE JOB:

We are looking for a passionate strong full time Chef De Partie who has had exposure to a fast paced service in the past. High volume of covers, simple but delicious produce focused Mediterranean menu.

As a Chef at Coogee Pavilion youmust be able to work well under pressure, work autonomously and maintain consistent quality. You will need to be available on weekends and in return you will be provided with competitive salary plus company benefits and ongoing training and development.
