Bert’s serves up a coastal European menu in a dining room fit for an era gone by.Whimsical and nostalgic, Bert’s is inspired by the grand hotel dining rooms of the 1930’s, relaxed with the easy air of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The impressive kitchen takes center stage, accented by charcoal ovens and basque grills, opening up to an elegant brasserie and cocktail lounge. Led by an impressive line-up of hospitality talent – Executive Chef Jordan Toft, Group Sommelier MS Franck Moreau and Group Bars Manager Sam Egerton.
We’re on the hunt for some amazing Chef De Parties to join the team at Bert’s.Ideally, you’ll have experience with live seafood, raw seafood and shellfish techniques or experience on charcoal, woodfire Josper oven, grills, butchery and charcuterie. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple sections and learn classic and modern skills.
