Inspired by the tapas culture of Spain, Bar Topa is the newest addition to ivy’s thriving dining precinct. Deriving its name from the Spanish ‘topar’, meaning ‘to come across’ or ‘run into’, this tapas and pintxos bar is just the place to share a quick bite on a whim or before a show. The interiors are relaxed and elegant, with an artfully curated mix of furniture and antiques.
Bar Topa is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their newly created team! If you live for dishes that draw upon the flavours of the Mediterranean coast and include small snacks along with tapas cooked on ‘la plancha’ then this is the place for you. Think grilled meats and croquettes. You’ll be a talented Chef de Partie can work autonomously, be fast and work clean.
