ANGEL HOTEL:

Wander off the street and step into this historic pub filled with character and old-world charm. The Angel Hotel plays homage to the iconic ‘House of Merivale’, a pivotal spot in the sixties and seventies where Mr John and Merivale Hemmes opened their first fashion retail space. Today, the pub is dressed in a gothic exterior and glittering theatre lights, a local favourite for Sydney-siders to enjoy a beer and gourmet sandwiches with great company.

THE JOB:

We are looking for an experienced Chefto join The Angel Hotel team. We’re looking for someone who has had exposure to a fast-paced production and prep kitchen. You will oversee the preparation kitchen, managing the ordering, rostering, maintaining quality and food safety standards, driving food and wage costs. The menu is simple but delicious. You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
