Ms G's - Sous Chef/Chef De Partie


Merivale is doing it again!! Ms G's is an exciting new restaurant to open in Sydney: its concept; modern Vietnamese style sharing plates in a casual hip environment.

Delivering Modern French/Asian/Vietnamese “tapas”.


We are looking for passionate, eager and hardworking chefs!!


Sous Chef would preferably have an Asian cuisine and fine dining background and have at Least 5 years creating experience in reputable restaurants.


Chef de Partie would preferably have an Asian cuisine and fine dining backgroundand have at least 2 years creating experience in reputable restaurants.


Both roles require the individual to;

  • Have creative flair and a passion for food.
  • Have relevant trade qualifications.
  • Be strong and highly focused.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.

Merivale is pleased to announce that there are openings at their modern day Italian Restaurant - Uccello. We are seeking passionate wait staff who are committed to excellence in their work, maintaining attention to detail and in so doing having the ability to create an ambience like no other.

To be successful you must meet the following:

Essential Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a restaurant of a fine dining/silver service capacity. (must have worked in a 'hatted' or michelin star restaurant)
  • A valid NSW LAB approved RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
